Calling all amateur photographers! The Norton Parks and Recreation Department is hosting a Winter Photo Contest. Contestants are invited to submit their best winter photo taken within Norton’s city limits (this includes Flag Rock Recreation Area). Contest Rules: Photos must be taken within Norton’s corporate limits. This includes Flag Rock Recreation Area but does not include High Knob Observation Tower. Photos may not be submitted by professional photographers. Photos must be submitted in JPEG format to michelek@nortonva.org. Photographers can submit up to two photos. Submissions must include photographer’s name, a brief description of the photo’s location, and the photographer’s hometown.
